Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. We accept your order once the item is dispatched. Full payment must be received via card or cash on delivery before acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only at the time of dispatch.

2. Order Acknowledgment

To process your order, we require your phone number and email address. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order is dispatched.

3. Accuracy of Content

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, pricing, and details on our website. However, minor errors may occur. Orders will only be processed if no material errors exist. All weights, dimensions, and capacities are approximate.

4. Website Safety

We aim to keep our website free from viruses and defects. However, it is your responsibility to use appropriate software and hardware when accessing our site. We are not liable for any damage caused to your device unless due to our negligence.

5. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you by phone or email and offer you the option to wait or cancel the order.

6. Ordering Errors

You may correct order errors before clicking “Submit” during checkout.

7. Pricing

All prices listed include VAT and are accurate at the time of entry. If there is a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the item at the correct price, valid for a specific period.

8. Payment Terms

We accept payment via card or cash on delivery. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment details are incorrect or incomplete. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment cannot be fully processed.

9. Delivery

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 20 (across UAE).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, please specify where the item can be safely left. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery has been completed per your instructions.
  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
  • Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery.

10. Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You become the legal owner of the products once delivered.

11. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 2 calendar days of receiving it.

  • You must notify us in writing (e.g., via email).
  • If the items have been shipped, you must return them unopened at your own cost and risk.
  • Once returned or proof of return is received, we will refund the full amount within 2 calendar days.
  • Refunds may be adjusted for product handling that causes damage or reduces value.

12. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • Stock is unavailable.
  • Delivery is not possible to your location.
  • Pricing or product information errors occur.

If canceled, you will be notified by email and refunded within 14 days.

13. Our Liability

  • We are responsible only for foreseeable losses directly resulting from a breach of these terms.
  • We are not liable for business losses, lost data, or events beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and permits for product use or import.
  • This policy does not limit your consumer rights or our liability in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Invalidity

If any provision in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
